TOWN SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER
This Late 1980’s strip shopping center in Chanhassen, MN was fully occupied with tenants but was showing its age. Original siding materials used in construction of the building were effective but required a substantial maintenance effort due to aging.
In the spring of 2017 The Design Partnership was commissioned to provide a new look to the center. After structural analysis it was determined that the new elements to the exterior would be cost prohibitive. Our design focused on new colors and minor architectural changes, preserving the original architecture of the building. Tenant signage was repositioned for a more cohesive look. This allowed a fresh look to the center while respecting the original design intent in the downtown neighborhood.
