Located in Champlin, MN

As the first retail building of the Elm Creek Commons commercial PUD, this building was used to established the development’s identity.  Additionally, the unusually shaped site required close coordination with City ordinances, site use and planning.  Shared parking, cross-drive easements and highway setbacks presented challenging conditions.

The Phase One building shown has 9,712 s.f., with 6 tenants.  It was built and occupied within 14 months.  Tenant spaces utilize both open structure/high-volume finishes as well as standard painted ceilings;  interior finishes were specified to meet these needs.
