This administrative headquarters for the local realtors association was originally designed to project a residential image while maintaining a commercial construction quality. This was achieved through low massing and sloped roof sections, detailing of exterior finishes, and by using warm-colored brick, wood, and roofing materials.

Building functions include conference spaces, a real estate library, MLS offices, and the MN Realtors Assoc. offices.  A partial basement is used for archive storage.

The original 1985 project was programmed for 30% growth over 10 years.  As the Association has continued to grow beyond that projection, The Design Partnership has worked on six separate remodeling projects of various sizes.  The largest remodeling, completed in 2004, is shown at right.  Construction for all of the projects was phased so that normal business operations could continue during construction.
