This project involved full design and interior design services for the North American Licensing and Records Maintenance entity for all X-ray and related technical service providers. The project included executive offices, conference center, classrooms, lunchroom, archives and trucking facilities.
The Design Partnership also assisted the client in the site selection process. Several sites were investigated for their ability to fulfill the program needs, along with the image they wanted to project. Because of the special needs of the Registry to locate in the near proximity of the airport, an aircraft noise abatement study was also completed.
The final design had the conference center in the center of two office wing extensions. Second level offices enjoy south facing exterior decks. An exterior treatment of brick, Indiana Limestone, andMinnesotagranite give the building a handsome and timeless image. The 30,000 s.f. building was completed in 1987.
