In 2008, The Design Partnership, Ltd. was commissioned by the Registry to provide design services for their addition to the original 1987 structure. The adjoining 4 acre site directly to the north was was available for development.
The project is a three story 30,000 s.f. structure connected with a two story link to the existing building.
The ground level contains a fitness center, an auditorium seating 120 and misc. support spaces. The upper two levels contain office space for the current 60 employees moving in, with expansion to 100. A sophisticated security system protects sensitive information.
The 60 foot long connecting link houses executive conference spaces, kitchen, library, and break room/lounge areas on the first level. Outdoor patio spaces with seating complement these functions.
Energy saving design above and beyond building code includes:
Glass – 25% better
Exterior walls – 20% better

The Registry occupied the building in June 2009.
Exterior finishes of brick and Indiana Limestone continue and compliment that used on the original building.
